About Our Pastors
Pastors José and Elizabeth Montalvo
We are the pastors of Iglesia Manantial de Sanidad and have served in ministry for over 10 years. Our calling from God led us to prepare through the Caribbean Theological University and the Multicultural Theological Institute A/G.
Our ministry focus includes discipleship, marriage counseling, evangelism, and leadership, with a heart centered on family restoration and the teaching of God’s Word. As husband and wife, and ministry partners, we’ve witnessed God’s faithfulness and the spiritual growth of our congregation.
God has blessed us with our daughters, Arelis M. Montalvo and Alejandra L. Montalvo, who serve in the youth worship ministry.
Today, we continue to serve with love and dedication, bringing hope and truth to our community.

Pastors Nery and Paula A. Navarro
Youth Pastors
With a passion for teaching and discipleship, we serve at Manantial de Sanidad A/G Church in Clermont, Florida, guiding the youth and supporting the Christian education ministry. Since our calling to pastoral ministry in 2008, we have been dedicated to the spiritual formation of the next generations—raising up ministries and sharing the Word of God in various churches.
Our experience includes leading youth, music, and missions within the Assemblies of God, as well as working to develop programs that impact the community. We believe in the transforming power of God and His purpose for every life, sharing the message with passion and commitment.

Women's Ministry Leader – "The Deborahs"
With over 37 years walking with the Lord, I’ve had the privilege of serving in ministry, and taking on various leadership and support roles. Since September 2024, God has allowed me to lead this women’s ministry at Manantial de Sanidad Church with the purpose of strengthening each woman's faith and spiritual growth.
Our vision is to inspire every sister to develop a bold faith, following the example of women in the Bible who fully trusted in God's promises. As a ministry, we long to encourage and equip each woman to live a life of devotion to Jesus, discovering her purpose in Him. Every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow in the Lord, serving Him with love and dedication.

Youth Ministry Leaders – Royalty At War (RAW)
As a couple married for over 22 years, we have felt God's calling to serve and guide the next generation in their spiritual journey. Our desire is for young people to have a personal and life-transforming experience with God—strengthening their faith to face life’s challenges with wisdom, love, and hope in Christ.
Our mission is to provide support, guidance, and fellowship to youth, helping them discover purpose through their relationship with God. We believe in the transforming power of faith and unity in Christ, and we work to inspire young people to live with purpose and conviction. In January 2025, we joyfully accepted the challenge of joining this amazing team.

Iraiza Vásquez
Evangelism Ministry Leader
Since my conversion to the Lord Jesus Christ, I have dedicated my life to sharing the message of salvation. My journey in evangelism began in Panama, where I shared the Good News in communities, town squares, hospitals, and prisons. Recognizing the importance of biblical preparation, I completed studies at the Assemblies of God Bible Institute and participated in missions to indigenous villages and remote areas, sowing the seed of God’s Word.
Later, I continued my ministerial training at Mizpa Christian University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Theological Studies with honors. My calling is clear: to obey Jesus’ command to proclaim the gospel until His return. In December 2024, I began serving as the Evangelism Ministry Leader at our church, Manantial de Sanidad.
