About Our Pastors
Pastors José and Elizabeth Montalvo
We are the pastors of Iglesia Manantial de Sanidad and have served in ministry for over 10 years. Our calling from God led us to prepare through the Caribbean Theological University and the Multicultural Theological Institute A/G.
Our ministry focus includes discipleship, marriage counseling, evangelism, and leadership, with a heart centered on family restoration and the teaching of God’s Word. As husband and wife, and ministry partners, we’ve witnessed God’s faithfulness and the spiritual growth of our congregation.
God has blessed us with our daughters, Arelis M. Montalvo and Alejandra L. Montalvo, who serve in the youth worship ministry.
Today, we continue to serve with love and dedication, bringing hope and truth to our community.

Associate Pastors Jaime Rodríguez and Zoraida Torres
Directors of the Christian Education Department
As associate pastors, we work to establish and strengthen the vision of our church, supporting the leadership of our senior pastors, José and Elizabeth Montalvo. We believe that a solid understanding of Scripture equips believers to face the spiritual and moral challenges of today's society.
We began our leadership in the Christian Education Ministry in April 2020. Later on, we stepped into the role of associate pastors at our church, Manantial de Sanidad, on May 8, 2022.

Youth Pastors
With a passion for teaching and discipleship, we serve at Manantial de Sanidad A/G Church in Clermont, Florida, guiding the youth and supporting the Christian education ministry. Since our calling to pastoral ministry in 2008, we have been dedicated to the spiritual formation of the next generations—raising up ministries and sharing the Word of God in various churches.
Our experience includes leading youth, music, and missions within the Assemblies of God, as well as working to develop programs that impact the community. We believe in the transforming power of God and His purpose for every life, sharing the message with passion and commitment.

Raquel Quiñones Caraballo
Usher Ministry Leader
With joy and commitment, I have served the Lord for the past four years at Manantial de Sanidad Church, growing in my faith and in my desire to fulfill His purpose for my life. I am currently pursuing theological studies at the Multicultural Theological Institute A/G, with a passion to serve with excellence and obedience to God’s call. Since December 2024, I have had the blessing of leading the Usher Ministry, a deeply rewarding experience. Together with a team of dedicated brothers and sisters, we welcome each person with joy and love, reflecting the heart of Christ and the teachings of His Word.

Joseph Ortiz Cruz y Liz Marie Montes
Worship Ministry Leaders – Cineret Group
Since our youth, we have served the Lord through music, using our talents to worship Him and build up His people. Our journey together began in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, where we grew up as members of Berea Baptist Church. There, under the leadership of Reverend Blas Millán Vélez, we developed our passion for music and for serving God.
Liz Marie felt a special calling to sing, and Joseph to play the piano, which led us to pursue studies at the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music, as well as learn from church mentors like Leftie O. Millán Burgos. Music not only brought us together as friends—it became the foundation of our marriage, which has now lasted 10 years.
Today, God has given us the opportunity to serve as ministry leaders at Manantial de Sanidad Church, leading the worship ministry “Cineret,” whose purpose is to guide God’s people into deep worship in the name of Jesus. With humility and passion, we dedicate our lives to using music as a vessel for His glory and to strengthen others in their faith.

Women's Ministry Leader – "The Deborahs"
With over 37 years walking with the Lord, I’ve had the privilege of serving in ministry, and taking on various leadership and support roles. Since September 2024, God has allowed me to lead this women’s ministry at Manantial de Sanidad Church with the purpose of strengthening each woman's faith and spiritual growth.
Our vision is to inspire every sister to develop a bold faith, following the example of women in the Bible who fully trusted in God's promises. As a ministry, we long to encourage and equip each woman to live a life of devotion to Jesus, discovering her purpose in Him. Every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow in the Lord, serving Him with love and dedication.

Youth Ministry Leaders – Royalty At War (RAW)
As a couple married for over 22 years, we have felt God's calling to serve and guide the next generation in their spiritual journey. Our desire is for young people to have a personal and life-transforming experience with God—strengthening their faith to face life’s challenges with wisdom, love, and hope in Christ.
Our mission is to provide support, guidance, and fellowship to youth, helping them discover purpose through their relationship with God. We believe in the transforming power of faith and unity in Christ, and we work to inspire young people to live with purpose and conviction. In January 2025, we joyfully accepted the challenge of joining this amazing team.

Iraiza Vásquez
Evangelism Ministry Leader
Since my conversion to the Lord Jesus Christ, I have dedicated my life to sharing the message of salvation. My journey in evangelism began in Panama, where I shared the Good News in communities, town squares, hospitals, and prisons. Recognizing the importance of biblical preparation, I completed studies at the Assemblies of God Bible Institute and participated in missions to indigenous villages and remote areas, sowing the seed of God’s Word.
Later, I continued my ministerial training at Mizpa Christian University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Theological Studies with honors. My calling is clear: to obey Jesus’ command to proclaim the gospel until His return. In December 2024, I began serving as the Evangelism Ministry Leader at our church, Manantial de Sanidad.

Jonuel Villazán & Zoraimee Rodríguez
Marriage Ministry Leaders – Threefold Cord
We have faithfully served in the Threefold Cord Marriage Ministry since 2023, with the mission of strengthening marital unions based on biblical principles. God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters: Jonuelys Zoir (11 years old) and Zorelys Aimee (8 years old).
Zoraimee was born and raised in the gospel, while Jonuel has walked in the faith for about 15 years and has developed a deep passion for music. Our ministry journey began in Puerto Rico, where we led the Children’s Ministry at Jesucristo es mi Sustento Church, under the pastoral leadership of Abdiel Echevarría and Iris Torres.
After going through a season of challenges in our marriage, God led us to Florida, where He called us to serve in the marriage ministry. We firmly believe in a God who restores marriages and families, and we continue preparing ourselves to fulfill this calling with excellence. Jonuel is currently in his second year of theological studies at the Florida Multicultural District School of Ministry.
